I can't recommend Craig enough, especially to other first-time homebuyers. My husband and I met him at an open house, and even before we had hired him he was excited to give us tips to help us on our first homebuying journey. He showed us how to read disclosures, talked about what kinds of homes might be compatible with the type of loan we were pursuing, and went over the most useful things to check for during showings. We considered other agents when we were ready to start seriously shopping, but kept thinking about the nice guy we met at the open house. Hiring him was absolutely the right choice! Throughout the whole process, he made confusing things easier to understand and shared anecdotes from his experience that informed our expectations and analysis of the homes we looked at. He was great at making recommendations based on our priorities, and it was always really easy to get a hold of him. He is personable and kind, and his positive demeanor made house showings feel like hanging out with a friend. Some of the houses we saw had the sellers present, so we were also able to see how effortlessly Craig handles himself with a variety of personalities. Ultimately, Craig helped us land a wonderful house at exactly our price point in our #1 choice of neighborhood. While some of that is luck, Craig's insights and support helped us to not settle for a place we didn't love and to not fear the process when it was time to jump for the one we did love.
